There is a 15 minute grace period excluding holiday peak seasons i.e Christmas/ Thanksgiving. Tardiness beyond 15 minutes is subjected to cancellation. $1 per minute will be added beyond the grace period. No refunds 

All reschedule requests must be done in writing at least 24 hours before the original start time & date. No Refunds 

All sessions will receive an unedited image gallery link (s) within 24/48 hours after service excluding event services. No refunds 

* Please note it can take up to 7 business days for proofs/edits to be completed. A $60 rush fee can be applied for edits that need to be expedited.

We pride ourselves in providing each of our clients with optimal service and aim for the highest customer service. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your service or images please let us know in writing within 48 hours of receipt of final edits/proofs.
